Below is my weekly set public classes schedule, updated 28th March 2024. I also do regular cover classes in various Nuffield Health locations and in private gyms, such as FitThis (Hackney) and Urban Fitness (Aldgate). I post the covers in my Instagram account.
I have been practising Asana (the physical part of yoga) for the better part of 20 years, and the philosophy/meditation/mindfulness parts even longer. And yes, I was a weird child and an akward teenager. I proudly continue to be both in my adulthood. But it does not really matter what I am, what is of interest for you is what I can offer: My years of experience, professionalism, mature approach and understanding of different stages and directions life can take. One does not need to be flexible, bendy or anything at all. Come as you are, as long as you are interested and willing.
That said, I also teach regular corporate classes (no lunch time slots available at the moment though, sorry!). A private yoga class can also make a nice gift (Anybody you know who struggles to relax? – Why not gift them a private Restorative Yoga session?) or an activity during a day out.
